Class Action Lawsuit: Wheelchair/Scooter Access Barriers at Ten Northern California Burger King® Restaurants

972 El Camino Real, South San Francisco
1799 North Broadway, Walnut Creek
Examples of the types of barriers that Plaintiffs contend currently or in the past existed at the ten restaurants include:
Narrow “queue lines” -- the L-shaped
barriers causing customers to form one
line to the cash register.
Doors that are too narrow or difficult to
open.
Inaccessible restrooms.
Inaccessible parking.
Excessive slope or cross slope in parking
lots or sidewalks.
Inaccessible condiments, napkins, or
other items.
Inaccessible seating.
Other wheelchair or scooter access problems.
