What is this lawsuit about?

In July 2010, we reached a settlement with Burger King Corp concerning ten restaurants in Northern California.  This investigation concerns 86 other California Burger King® restaurants leased to or from Burger King Corporation that we believe have barriers that prevent customers who use wheelchairs or scooters from the full, independent and equal enjoyment of the restaurants' goods and services.

Who are the attorneys investigating this matter?

The same attorneys who reached a settlement in the earlier litigation are now investigating these 86 restaurants:

Fox & Robertson, P.C.;

Lewis, Feinberg, Lee, Renaker & Jackson P.C , and

Mari Mayeda.

Together, these firms have extensive class action and disability rights experience. Click to learn more.

How do I know if the Burger King® restaurant I went to is covered by this class action?

The restaurants that are covered in this action are listed on this page.

Please note that this means that if you would like to pursue claims against other Burger King® locations, you will need to do so on your own, and there are legal deadlines that limit the time you have to file a lawsuit.
